Discovery & Research :

Methodology & User Interviews

A total number of 6 sessions with each Provider Actor (2 participants per Subject Matter Expert group) – Doctors, Nurses, Health Coaches, Nurse Co-ordinators, Health Coach Co-ordinators, and Front Desk Personnel.

Captured data regarding their target goals, and feature asks that would increase throughput and efficiency.

Grouped 50+ research notes into themes (data overload, scheduling friction, report‑handoff gaps) using affinity diagrams to surface priority pain points. Red-route mapping to identify feature prioritisation.

Assimilation & Scoping

Conducted triage on Nielsen’s 10 heuristics and the 28 UX Laws to prevent usability issues.

Understood the shortcomings faced in current legacy workflows.

Realised opportunities like AI‑assisted prescription & care plan building, cautionary measures such as validating auto-generated content, data privacy compliance, responsiveness, and reliability.

Phased Rollout Plan

Doctor Screens, Calendar System, Lean Patient EHR (POC, early feedback, low caseload – alpha release)

Expanded EHR modules, Nurse & Health Coach Screens (MVP, mid-cycle analytics – beta release)

All remaining screens for co-ordinators and Front Desk Personnel as they were hired and integrated into the ERP (stable release)

Recoup Chat, AI-integration, Labs-Hub integration (Fast-follow release, efficiency improvements and performance enhancements based on continued learning)
